Primary Frequency represents the area needing empowerment, the issue to be resolved, or the skill to develop. Identify the primary focus through the Chakras as this represents the life skill which will ultimately resolve the situation. Turn the wheel so “Primary Focus” is above the identified Chakra. Grounding Frequency represents the energies which will ground the Primary Frequency. An ungrounded energy does nothing. First, create motion by working with and aligning the energies which ground, plugs into and directs the flow of motion and path the feet will travel. Feeling like an outsider looking in? Grounding plugs you in and gets you going.
Bridging Frequency represents the energies which integrate and give the ability to “flex.” Concepts that don’t flex shatter. Bridging Frequency helps us balance and make a smooth transition. Riding the roller coaster of Trauma Drama? The best growth is a stable evolutionary process.
Light Frequency represents the energies which catalyze motion. They kick-start the evolution of Light Consciousness and Inspiration. Spinning in the same old, same old? Get moving along the Spiral of Light.
Null Zone represents the path of least resistance where all things are available and within reach yet nothing is “locked-in.” Where all options are available.

The Wheel helps you locate the primary frequency (issue or task needing resolution or empowerment) grounding frequency (energies which direct the flow of action) bridging frequency (enables movement toward something new without fragmenting the whole,) and light frequency (energies which inspire and evolve.) The Wheel was channeled by Kathleen while living in Crestone Colorado in 1995. It has been revealing itself since and has come to represent far more than is currently written. It compiles several wheels and is based upon Sherry Edward Signature Sound Wheel, using her alignment of sound and astrological signs. Kathleen channeled the placement of Rays and Chakras, and the rest is yours to discover!
