Stress, pain and physical restrictions take away our good humor and ability to live the life we want and deserve. Often times, it robs us of our capacity to deal with the most ordinary things, like the basic tasks of cooking and cleaning.

Pain is the body’s way of letting us know it’s in trouble and needs attention NOW! When we take pain pills to mask the pain and help us function, we’re putting our body and our well-being at risk.

The body recovers through rest and heals during deep sleep. When we fail to rest sufficiently, and sleep enough, even when its not convenient, we slow the process, and often continue to deteriorate, creating a larger problem which will inevitably take longer to heal and recover from.

A contracted muscle has no blood supply and the lymph can’t get in there to carry away the acids and dissolve the bonds which make the individual fibers act as a unit having the strength to move, carry and hold.
