Sinus Remedy Vital Oil is great for any sinus problems whether caused by allergy or infection. To best treat the Sinuses, hold a cotton swab over reducer cap and wet it with sinus Remedy, then swab the inside of the nose and ears. One end of the swab per orifice so you don't cross contaminate. The ears and sinuses are connected. Treating both ends works best.
Apply to sinus region, cheeks and forehead, (stay away from eyes) throat, chest and around ears. Apply to inside of sinus and ear canals with a cotton swab. Helps to relieve allergy and other sinus symptoms and problems. Use as needed. Safe for children.

Apply the Sinus Remedy Vital Oil to the chest, throat, cheeks and around ears and breathe in the vapors. A hot, wet towel can be used to deepen the affect and carry the vapors into deeper tissues. Repeat application of Vital oil and hot towel three times for best results.
Peppermint and Eucalyptus are "cool" oils which makes this remedy good for Tendinitis or any "itis" condition and will often resolve the condition. Sinus Remedy Vital Oil is great as a bedtime foot rub.

A synergy of Lavender, German Blue Chamomile and Helychrism essential oils. For all Aromatherapy applications.
This Essential Blend is at its best when applied straight up "neat". Lavender is the Universal Healer, German Blue the Universal Stabilizer, both are cooling and soothing. The blue in the German Chamomile is one of the best anti-inflammatory constituents around. The blue is a "bazillion" flecks floating in the oil until its mixed with other oils, then the oil is blue. The blue is a reaction which occurs during the steam distillation process, and the German Chamomile produces this magical blue property in abundance. It creates a field of tiny flecks from the beautiful, pineapple smelling, yellow flower. Growing on the roadside and mountain sides in the Pacific North West, Some of the best harvests come from Montana. It makes a wonderful soothing, calming, "Happy Body Tea".

All three oils are good for pain relief! People with migraines love the lotion on the neck and shoulders to help relieve pain and soothe the nervous system. In addition, Helychrism helps prevent unwanted clots from forming and stimulated tissue regeneration. A sting site several days old and still irritated will respond immediately!
Trauma Remedy was developed when I broke my toe. Drops of the essential oil on the injury immediately relieved the pain, reduce swelling, and fade the bruising. Both, observable phenomena. Trauma Remedy is great for bee stings and insect bites. I take it with me when I'm in the desert harvesting the Sugi bush for oil, or flowers for essences. The desert takes its drops of blood and gives me irritating pricklies and scratchies, cactus hairs and spines to test the oils. Trauma Remedy is great! So is Sugi Oil, a product from my beloved Sonoran Desert, and the cause of my "oopsies".
Apply drops of Essential Oil to any injury site. The bug bite, bruise or strain is the injury site. Gently spread the drops around, light, feathery strokes, up the limb and towards the heart. Fluids on the surface move towards the Heart and from within towards the extremity. A light, feathery stroke, with tenderness and love, is soothing and calming. It gently moves the excess fluid out, calms a faring nerve ending, and lets the body know it's acknowledged and "cared for".
Trauma Lotion is used to extend the healing period, for aftercare, or lesser "oopsies." The Lotion is not as stable as the Essential Oil. In mixing it with the Alba Botanica, a break-down process begins and the shelf life is limited to 4-6 months. The blue turns greenish, then grayish and the anti-inflammatory property is disappearing. We are working with other lotions to find a more stable carrier and will keep the site updated. The lotion is very nice for headaches, general achiness and agitation. You could mix a few drops of essential oil into lotion in your palm and apply immediately. "Sometimes fresh is best."
